From the Home screen, tap Log Flight. Enter the departure and arrival identifiers (start typing an airport code or a city name — the autocomplete pulls from ~14,000 US airports). Enter your Hobbs Out and Hobbs In. Nautical miles auto-fill from the great-circle distance. Add a business purpose, occupants, and tap save.

SIFL follows the standard aircraft flight-log workbook. We look up the IRS-published rates for the period of each flight, apply the aircraft-weight multiple to determine the terminal charge and per- mile amount, then compute the imputed income for each PNE (personal non-entertainment) passenger on that flight. If the IRS hasn't yet published rates for a period, the value is marked "estimated" and will refresh automatically once official rates are entered.

From the Home screen tap Full year-end report, choose the tax year and aircraft, then scroll to the Export card. Download filled workbook gives you the Excel file on your phone. Email workbook opens a mail composer with the workbook attached — the recipient address is saved so you don't need to re-type it next time.

On iPhone: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › Jett Log › Cancel Subscription. Your existing flights and year-end export stay accessible — only new flight logging is locked.

Inside the app: Settings › Manage account › Delete account. This removes your user record, tenant, aircraft, passengers, flights, occupants, saved purposes, exports, and push tokens. The action is permanent — export your workbook first if you want a copy.

Open the Subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. If the issue persists, force-quit the app and reopen — Jett Log refreshes your entitlement every time it starts. Still stuck? Email support@jettlog.com with your Apple receipt and we'll fix it.
